Missing Dependencies

whats the url to the world of trains website ...... i downloaded the BNSF SD70ACE Warbonnet and the SD70ACE Conrail Quality CSX Numbers ..... Both are missing dependencies could yall help???

I also have one more question to ask.... this might sound kinda dumb but how in the hell do you get the creators banner to work.... i've tried and tried to upload a jpeg and nothing... any suggestions?
