missing dependencies

Hi all!
This is my first entry in the forum. It took me a while just to find this as the links in the TRS2006 that I had directed me to Auran, and the forum link there didn't work. I'm sure you all know about this.
My question is about missing dependencies that are shown as ? cannot be found. Is there a data base somewhere that list KUIDs that have been changed that can be downloaded to replace the old ones, or at least since only the KUIDs are listed, what are the dependencies so I can look for a suitable replacement.
For instance, if the missing KUID is a searchlight signal, i can go to surveyor and place a different one where the missing one would have gone.
I'm a newbie and have worked my way through many problems on the program but I am having fun meeting the challenges.

A great place to look is the Trainz Asset Repair Library (TARL) found at

It's always worth checking the forums, as many route builders post a thread with links to missing content. Also searching for the route name may find someone else's thread asking for missing content locations. If these fail, then googling "trainz XXXXX" where XXXXX is the first part of the kuid number will often find you the right website, or just ask in here, remembering to refer to the name of the route.
