Missing dependencies from the RailStar

Hi Trainzers

Downloaded the 2009 Shinkansen 700 RailStar and I'm missing the folowing dependencies:

kuid:117608:40201
kuid:453063:100012

Tried DLS no luck, googled, yahooed and binged it and still nothing (except a Russian page that will not translate)

kuid:453063:100012 download 99% and stopping
