Haven't got either of those however they are not showing as missing either, If it's working and nothing obvious is missing I wouldn't worry about it, the place to ask if you are concerned is on DHR forum http://dhrtrainz.com/simplemachinesforum/
I think there are a few "missing" assets that are not actually needed anyway.

I went onto their forum yet they never replied to me on how to fix this problem

I just reinstalled the DHR (into TC3) and got a message about missing assets but it doesn't stop the route loading. Only thing I noticed so far is a bit of unpainted terrain at the far bottom end but that might just be a glitch anyway.

Not sure how often the authors are monitoring the DHR forum. Posted a "by the way" question on there the other day about Indian topo maps and so far no reply.

One is answered last year here actually,http://dhrtrainz.com/simplemachinesforum/index.php?topic=70.0.

There was a couple of update packs to fix a few minor problems, which I downloaded ages ago see this part of the forum http://dhrtrainz.com/simplemachinesforum/index.php?board=12.0 , possibly you need them as well although I assume by now they should be part of the main download.

I have just replied to his post on our forum. Both assets are not needed and can be safely ignored.
