It looks like it hasn't grown up yet!

The bogies underneath look out of scale.

Where was the picture taken?

It looks like something from the turn of the century! what is it, i'm interested? It looks cool, and i love the frames. despite the modern paint, it would still look proper coupled behind the tender of a steam engine. I just think it looks cute and adorable (yes, i said that).

good catch, i like that pic.

If you look on the side of the car, it says "NEW 7-67"

The car is well over 40 years old now

wow it good maintenance.

Elemental BROMINE is toxic and causes burns. As an oxidizing agent, it is incompatible with most organic and inorganic compounds. Care needs to be taken when transporting bromine; it is commonly carried in steel tanks lined with lead, supported by strong metal frames.)

If you view in 400% zoom you can read: bromine-inhalation hazard.

In Pavonia Yard (Camden NJ) I was sent down to inspect in the classification bowl. Dozens of tank cars wreaked to high heavens, and all I saw was dripping caps and leaking valves on every car, displaying hazardous placards showing poision/corrosive/dangerous ...etc ... and I got the heck outa' there PDQ. Some real deadly stuff transported on RR's.

A guy on the wreck crew came in contact with some chemical, and his face swoll all up, and I don't think he ever recovered.

Weight wise, believe it or not the small cars (loaded) weigh as much as the larger cars do when loaded, or at least very near it. Due to the lead linings and all.
