MIDWEST GRAIN & TERMINAL 2.0: PRE-ORDER NOW AND SAVE!

First of all, I'd like to say thanks for the MWG&T. Awesome work, great details and lots and lots to look at and lots to do, railroad wise.
However, I do seem to have an issue with the trees on the route. The issue is there are no trees on the route.

Currently, I am running TS12 SP1 HF3 (built 58414) on a Windows 7 platform.

I have downloaded and re-downloaded all of the Pofig tree dependencies and completed an extended database repair.
Still, no trees on the route.

Am I missing a step here? Is there a button I forgot to push or a setting I did not set? Or is it that this build of Trainz has issues with trees?

I'd would love to hear back from someone who has also experienced a treeless MWG&T and from someone who could offer a suggestion on how to plant trees in the Midwest.

JR team, thank you very much for all your hardwork to put out such a quality freeware route! It really inspires my route building! I downloaded all the packs but for some reason I am missing two deps.

Update: I had to use the download from planet auran, which opens a download page. Wheeewwwww! :o

Everyone who is missing stuff from the content pack... 99% of the items you are missing are freeware items on JR's site. Just do as I did and make sure you just download EVERYTHING they have.
