midshire mainline v2

I originally posted this on page 2 of a previous thread, but I think it got buried there. So I thought I'd start a new thread in the hope for some help.



I have down loaded Midshire mainline v.2 and the 2 sessions. Also obtained most missing assets except the billboards. However the route exploration session will not run. A load of script exceptions come up showing exceptions to driversetup rule. I do not understand scripts, but it appears to be a fault with "add driver command". This error appears twice in the list of script errors. There is also a script error in "quickdrive rule"

Although the session loads the AI train does not run or respond to "continue schedule" it just sits there after the "wait 1 minute" command has expired".

Can anybody help solve this issue or point me to where I might locate the errors and correct them

Hi quoz

I have the same problem and the answer was to delete trains 2 & 4 as there seems to be an issue with their drivers. Once I'd done that the session ran ok. I think someone else reported that changing the drivers of those trains sorted the problem for them.

Midshire looks amazing, but I have a problem and hoping someone can help please.
I'm using 2010 and I can't get the RTS track to work in 2010 due to missing assets that I can't find.
But i Don't like the RTS track and gave up with it in 2009.
The big problem I have is. How do I replace an asset that is missing.
The RTS track is not showing so how do i replace it with out using the Replace Asset Tool.?
I've even tried downloading the route in to 2009 and to replace the track and then download it to 2010 but in 2009 it just says missing map.
Hope all that makes sense lol

It will only work in TS2009 if you are using SP4.

You may be able to fix it using Content Creator Plus, but it is a tricky process that involves finding the track in the kuid-table and changing it to another.

As an ask to N3VRf41L,

Is there any possibility of including this new route in the next version of Trainz, as I believe this route, with a possibility of a break down version of the E.C.M.L, similar to the Settle and Carlisle route in Trainz Classics UK, would be a superb addition to the Trainz Collection.

The routes would add more scope to UK enthusiasts, and would be a nice thank you to the person who created the route along with the creators who had there items included in the route.

This is only a please is it possible?, and not a must do demand.

Well there are 46 different track types listed, but none are RTS.

I think you probably need Trunda's tracks from here:
