Miami Switcher

Some screens from my small fictional route located in downtown Miami. Inspired by Lance Mindheim's H0 layouts. The route itself is just a testbed for trying out different scenery techniques etc. Many things didn't turn out really well and honestly speaking i would prefer to start from scratch rather than continue with this project. Industrial buildings seen on the screens are my own assets. They should be released sooner or later.

Great start to the CSX Miami Downtown Spur. I was planning to make it at one time, but one thing lead to another and it never got made. But, that's another story for another time. Congrats on the route thus far, and I can't wait to see more.

I always liked your screens from this area, it's a great start, and if it's not overly large at this point I would say it's a good time to redo it. At least now the areas you would like to change are fresh in your mind, and we would all benefit from such a map when you have it to where you would like it to be!

I've never been a serious route builder. I just play with Surveyor from time to time and that's all. Starting from scratch isn't a big issue for me (as opposed to finishing any project).

It says you are in Poland. I am from Florida, and you do Florida better than most of us from Florida do. I knew what your route was the first time I saw it, so I would say you have the look and atmosphere nailed perfectly. Whether you keep working on it "as is", or if you start over, I hope to see more of it.

LOL, Australian Kentucky, Australian Pennsylvania, and now Polish Florida......what next??!!?? I lived in Miami for 26 years. You're doing it right! Keep up the good work!!

Also, that looks great man. I have always been a fan of industrial spurs like that.

I would kill for those warehouses. (I personally need good warehouses quite badly and those are great.) I can't wait til they are released, as well as seeing more screens of this route, or your restarted version.
