merge routes?

can anyone help?,I've tried to find out how to merge routes ,read the manual but still can't find the merge route tab any help please.

Open the route that you want to merge in surveyor. Select "merge routes" from the surveyor menu, and select the route that you want to merge to the route that you originally opened.

Use the arrows to move the routes to a desired merge point, and click on the check mark to merge.

I have a problem, after the merge, the other route has things missing.

If you are talking about TS12: There are known issues with the current merge function and as far as we know they will be fixed in the upcoming Service Pack. When that will land is currently unknown.
