What does "Weiche aufschneiden" & "auf Rollband reagieren" mean when you click on the ? to rename it, in the "Strab Weiche Karsen" tram point track object?

And yes I will add that all on the downloads on the company's download station should be in English, as the company is an Australian company.

Auf Rollband reagieren...something like 'Respond to ...ehm.... *roll tape* (or whatever they want we respond to )
