MBTA F40's missing dependencies

So i just bought the MBTA F40 pack from the JR website and when i download eveything and commit everything these seem not to download or show up in the game, all three engines have missing Dependencies and the only ones seeming to be them are : EMD 16-645 diesel engine sounds, GP40-2 engine and the multi-number library for rolling stock. The Engine sounds are faulty as well, ive downloaded freeware without a problem but these engines dont even load or show up, idk what i can do i even downloaded the dependencies from their website and still nothing, im planning to use them in Trainz Classics 1&2, any help guys? thanks.

First TS2009 SP4 and up is what we support which may partially be the reason for any faulty items.

Also all of those items are either included within the CDP or available on the Download Station so make sure your setup to use the DLS in content manager.

oh okay so ill probbally be able to use it on my trs12 but i do have the DLS set up to be used in the content manager, idk its weird, thanks tho.
