marias pass route

Having purchased the Marias Pass Route with the claims it will self run with all vehicles. I have found this
is not the case. After downloading it, all I see is baseboards and track, no scenery and no vehicles. I've emailed them but had no response.
Can anyone help as to why the route won't fully download.

Did you download all the content packs of the website and the dependencies found on the DLS?

Once I had purchased the route, I was given a link to download from, so I assumed everything was downloaded.
Do I still have to download other content from the the DLS?

If I remember correctly, there are some things needed from the DLS as well. It's been some time since I installed it.

It's a great route and worth more than you paid for it. Josef and the rest of HP-Trainz group did an excellent job with their route. I visited the region in July 2012 and was totally amazed how close they were. I was able to recognize the area by riding on the route!

I've downloded a few dependencies from the DLS but its made no difference. Still left with the bare baseboard and track a few trees and that's it. Now I've purchased it I can't get any help as to why it wont run. It's not fit for purpose.
I would ask for a refund if I could make contact with HP-Trainz, totally disillusioned.

What is the build number of your TS12? You can find it in the bottom right corner of your start-up window.

All corrected but still doesn't work. Anybody know how I can get a refund from HP-Trainz

Did you receive any patches for it? They did patch some content that is required due to the SP1.

Yes, it's a CDP but still couldn't get it to run properly.

you need a password to install the update. You will have to contact hp-trainz for it.
