When I've had this problem, it's because I've deleted a directory containing the route files using Windows Explorer, rather than TRS. If I restored the route directory and files, I was able to find the map. If you no longer have the map, you'll have to download it again, reinstall it from backup, or got get a quantity of your favorite beverage, and contemplate starting over.
