You will get those errors every time you load up a game (not one of your own) and do a 'Save As...'. For some reason, the software will add the tag 'screenshot' to your new config file with no data. CM sees this as an error and flags it. Just remove the tag(s) and all will be right.
I've always wondered why this happens. You'd think that since you are creating a 'new' route under your own KUID that the software would know you don't have a 'screenshot' yet and not include it.
Both errors come under the heading of annoyances. Just delete the keywords from the config file until you are ready to add a screenshot so you can upload the route to the DLS.

In my example above, the word 'screenshot' will appear in the config file.
Highlight the faulty item in CM. Use the right-click menu to Edit -> Edit in Explorer.
When the Explorer window opens, double-click the config.txt file. Notepad should open.
Just highlight the enitire line that has 'screenshot' on it and hit the Delete key. Do the same for 'carrate'. Then save the config file back and close the Explorer window.
In CM, right-click again on the item and choose Edit -> Commit. The error should go away.

It's a confirmed bug. I reported this to N3V awhile back. Unfortunately the fix missed the patch that was coming out that the time. Hopefully we'll see something in some upcoming service pack or patch.
I recommend that if anyone finds bugs like this, report them to the help desk. These bugs are then sent over to the developers to pick at and hopefully resolve.

Dave and Bill, I can see a problem here...
Bill, you have advised Dave to remove the 'reference'/tag called "screenshot", which will NOT be in his config.txt. Dave, to eliminate that problem, you will want to remove the line called 'thumbnail" (as well as any related data that might be part of the tag)...
...similarly, the tag/line headed by the word "carrate" must be removed, to eliminate the other error...
...and as Bill intimates, they MUST be there, otherwise the errors would NOT exist/be reported...
