Mainlines: what has and hasn't been done?

Compared to MSTS/ORTS there's so few that have been done it seems:
Mojave Subdivision
Cajon Subdivision (a partial one that represents the main climb, plus an incomplete one on socaltrains, part of the mainlines connecting the Mojave Sub are missing too)
Hi-Line Subdivision (quite dated, but it's quite accurate terrain and trackwork wise)
Roseville Subdivision (one that's no longer available it seems)
Glidden Subdivision (a HORRIBLE one that was put on the DLS in 2015. I still remember it's thread)
Raton Subdivision (TS2 mobile exclusive)
Crawford Subdivision
Powder River Subdivision
Kearney Subdivision (an inaccurate one with ridiciulously sharp curves in some points of the yard, that is Fall Harvest Nebraska)
Keystone Subdivision
Cumberland Subdivision
Mountain Subdivision (CSXT)
Mountain Subdivision (CPKC)
Lurgan Subdivision
Pittsburgh Subdivision
Clovis Subdivision (no longer available)
Moffat Tunnel Subdivision (West from Denver)
Glenwood Springs Subdivision (West from Denver)

compare it to the ones that haven't been done:
Seligman Subdivision (DEM only)
Needles Subdivision (DEM only)
Kootenai River Subdivision (there's a WIP new version of Marias Pass from HP Trainz that'll have it represented as well)
Chillicothe Subdivision (DEM only)

Trainz, as well as other railway simulators will never ever have every single train route on earth playable. So don't expect your local train route to show up on trainz anytime soon. On the contrary, nothing is stopping you from creating a route and to this day, trainz is the easiest and best simulator to create routes.

Maybe in 10 to 20 years someone will create a simulator that taps into geographical data and use AI to create railroad routes. But we are not there yet.

So... for which route can we write you up @john2002 ? You have been in this game for over a decade, so I doubt we need to explain you how surveyor works.

In other words:
What is exactly your question?

There are some routes that have been created but will not be released for a variety of reasons.

NJ to Harrisburg, PA via Allentown, PA. Part of this was done already from Reading, PA to Phillipsburg, NJ but I added DEM data to Harrisburg and to Bound Brook, NJ. Most of that is NS now and Conrail Shared Assets east of Manville. Eventually I want to complete the tracks to Harrisburg and to Bound Brook and maybe beyond. The NS Reading Line route though was at a lower elevation than the DEM, so I used TransDEM to raise the height of the Reading Line route to match the DEM. This was in an older Trainz version over 10+ years ago.
