This morning my green grass colors are all a shade of red. The display on the right shows red for normally green colors. BOTH TS2019 and TS2022 show the same problem. General PC site such as live TV are ok as is the Edge home page and other pages. Only N3V 2019 and 2022 have this issue. Note: it seems that any area that uses the green color, such as grass, shows it missing. Adjusting the Environment ambient color and other adjustments such as that does not help.
How both versions of N3V have the same issue is also a BIG issue. There could be a color table in Windows that is little used except by N3V.
