Lost Several Green surfaces?

All of the green textures have been replaced with some bare ground texture. BOTH 2019 and 2022 had this happen simultaneously. All routes have been affected. The original green textures have disappeared from the list. I have established base PC is ok through live TV and other files such as Edge. Neither TS2019 nor TS2022 were active overnight. All routes in both programs suffered the same fate. Right now it looks like I will have to re-install 2019 and 2022. I assume both databases were impacted.

DBR - but no change, EDBR not done due to heat.
Both 2019 and 2022 failed the same way overnight with separate databases.
I have fiddled the adjustments in Environment to no avail.

Since BOTH versions of Trainz suddenly showed the same issue of changed to red for some textures that I did not try an EDBR with a risk to the CPU. The problem appears to be the same change to both databases. It is difficult to believe that hardware could cause it since both databases were similarly impacted. I do not believe that there are any common processes use by the two versions.

Note: ALL of the routes in Both versions see a red turf instead of green. Most or probably all green areas gone in All routes in both systems.

It is unlikely caused by Trainz, it is more likely your computer. Unless someone. has done an update to that grass and used the wrong kuid .

COMPUTER = villain The green suddenly returned.

I had found a grass element that was high resolution and strong green. I populated it throughout the route. In almost any scene that texture was visible and this working full time. Only in "yard only" did I avoid having it ON since it was prolific in all city, town areas as nice grass and good resolution. Strangely, its reference disappeared from my Checklist - a good bug.

The room had gone to 81F with 90F outside. Editing did set off the 100c limit alarm. Lesson learned - air-conditioning is cheaper than a PC. Knocked the room temperature down to 79F. At the price of a good PC I will wear a sweater when playing Trainz.

Yes, Somewhere in the "green vide path" there is a weak component. Reduced the room temperature 2 degrees. The most likely component is the video card since the CPU has "no sense" of color-just numbers". Will add Afterburner to my set of startup APS. FYI the video card is idling at 47Deg.C. Peaks at 52C.

Heat can do nasty things to components. I would keep an eye on that video card and plan on a replacement sooner than later. I have a feeling that there is some heat sensitive components on there that are affected by the high temperatures that video cards are subjected to. It could be RAM or one of the DACs acting up.

If you start to get other colors and blinking squares on your screen, start looking for a replacement unless your video card is under warranty. This means that the components have completely failed.

It's been a Hot Summer, and next week we are going to ramp of in So California, Summer is notorious, never misses a beat when Sept comes around.

This week was nice after several 95 or higher with high humidly.

At this moment, temp is 68 and humidity is 64, crazy, However I do know other areas are 80-100% so I better behave otherwise Mother Nature may make me regret the complaining,

That's called the Indian Summer. It's that last hurrah before autumn and winter set in. We'll get that in late September or maybe the first week of October before the cold comes in after a big rain around Halloween. That is if the weather follows the normal pattern.

We had that dreadful weather from June until a couple of days ago. The high 80s and 90s with 80-100% humidity was pure hell. I don't have a full house AC unit and only a couple of small window units along with a dehumidifier in the room where I keep my keyboard instruments and a small AC unit where I have my computer. The rest of the house has windows that we open instead much like most people in New England.
