If you can get hold of another installation disk, you should install using that, and then enter your serial which is available under your profile. (Under Serial Nos)
As long as you have a valid serial number for TRS2006 it doesn't matter that you lost the original CD.

I lost my TRS2006 Box with the cd and serial in it
Does that mean I purchase purchase again? If so, I'm just going to wait for TRS09.
My serial is registered on the Auran website, and I'm able to edit my profile and that so I am not sure. :S
