Lose DC Controller after save game??

Was hoping someone could help me out, or shed some light on where I am going wrong here. I play a map on Trainz and save the game, to play later. When I then try to load the saved game, it comes up fine, but no DC Controller. It appears briefly when the game is loading, but then vanishes.

Anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it?

I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

you havent register your trainz version so we dont know which version you are using which route you are driving on
kindly register your serial first to get any sort of help
