Looking on the DLS for a certain style of residential buildings

I'm working on a route based loosely on a city along the west coast of North America, which includes several "beach" communities.

What I'm looking for on the DLS are residential buildings of a style found particularly in coastal communities of urban California USA (but also Seattle, Vancouver BC) - an example is common in the western part of San Francisco, beach suburbs of Los Angeles (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, etc etc). These tend to be buildings (not townhouses or row houses) built post-WWII on small, expensive lots, single family, or maybe 2 family, modern style, where usually there is a one or two car garage on the ground level and one or two stories above.

Anyone who has found these on the DLS, let me know what they are called. Thanks.

Northern California coastal city of Santa Cruz

The first 12 or 13 rows of buildings on my Building and Structures page, HERE may have some traits you are looking for. I modeled them on buildings from our Northern California coastal city of Santa Cruz. The KUIDs are listed and you can find them on the DLS. You can also Use this phrase Santa Cruzwith the Description filter to bring up these and a bunch mor of my buildings that may suit you.

Hope these are of some help.

I will look into these. Not surprisingly, I am using many of your buildings already. Your Muncie series - Home Cafe can be found in virtually every small town on my route. As a ex-Angeleno, I will be sure to d/l Tail o' the Pup.
