I'm working on a route based loosely on a city along the west coast of North America, which includes several "beach" communities.

What I'm looking for on the DLS are residential buildings of a style found particularly in coastal communities of urban California USA (but also Seattle, Vancouver BC) - an example is common in the western part of San Francisco, beach suburbs of Los Angeles (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, etc etc). These tend to be buildings (not townhouses or row houses) built post-WWII on small, expensive lots, single family, or maybe 2 family, modern style, where usually there is a one or two car garage on the ground level and one or two stories above.

Anyone who has found these on the DLS, let me know what they are called. Thanks.
