The ones on the bottom pic look exactly like NYC position lights, which can be found on the DLS. With some reskinning, they can be made to look decent. There were originally some that were made by Grahamsea that look great, but he left and his website went down a while back.
As for the other two, JR's Searchlights can be modified to fit on bracket masts by editing the "Trackside" tag in the config and adjusting it so that the signals are offset. You will have to make left-hand and right-hand versions of them.
