Looking for someone who's god with photoshop

Hi all!

I am looking for someone who is good with photoshop to create a neat logo for Michigan Rail Industries.

Specs:

--Must be a LARGER image (I'll have exact specs tomorrow)
--Must be RECTANGULAR (at least for now)
--Must clearly state our sites name "Michigan Rail Industries" and our slogan "Quality Through Pride"
