looking for L&N locos & rolling stock

the title says it all really, I downloaded East Kentucky Coal and aparently the area was used by CSX and L&N.
I found CSX on the DLS and also on the TPR site but no L&N anywhere.

any ideas where I could find some ( freeware only thanks)

I should run the correct units on the route I suppose. cheers

Several ways to do this...

hfmurphy made some L&N stuff in both black & cream & grey & yellow.

Make sure the DLS Search box TRS2004, UTC & Trainz check boxes are checked & enter hfmurphy as Username

Dermmy has coal hoppers for the roads that were loaded on the L&N at Checkrail where you got the route, also available at RRMods.

There is an excellent L&N steam engine on the DLS. Search username leeferr.

backyard is correct, you need to make sure that you have those boxes checked. Also, you may want to use the keyword of Louisville in your search. Some of the Content is listed as L&N, L & N or Louisville and Nashville. There's really quite a bit of L&N on the DLS.

thanks a lot for all that guys, I'll have a good search now I know what to look for.
what tends to throw me is I forget to tick the trainz box, even tho I've got it the DLS only ticks the last 2 versions now

while I'm here, thanks Dermmy, for three routes, Mccall yard, clovis and east kentucky that I downloaded and got ALL the bits and pieces without a struggle.

I am sooo fed up with kuid hunting.
I persevered with Darkdans routes, 350 missing on one of them, but his routes are worth the trouble

If you have CMP, put L&N in the Search - Name box and find 155 L&N assets.

I'll put this here seeing as it's the same subject, if no one reads it I'll start a new thread.

I downloaded 2 csx sd70's from the Checkrail site under the third party content. I believe they are Sporbust's.

they have three missing assets; 113556:101010 , 113556:151113 , and 52779:55014.

I cannot find these anywhere.
all suggestions gratefully recieved.
