I just now tried it, set to title and text search "vr" came up with 2,446 hits. Some of them obviously are not "VR" which I assume is Victoria Railways or something, but most appear to be stuff like VR SOP CE Baggage/Guards van.

Correct mostly VR stands for Victorian Railways
Try VR Y class or VR T Class

Also, you'll want to upgrade to either TS12 SP1 or T:ANE as most Victorian stuff are no longer for TS2009.

i hoped that it wouldnt be so but i kinda figured that would be the case. but thanks for the help.
on another note i believe you might be able to help me with another issue im having, i recently downloaded your wonderful PN P class, and although it doesnt give me any warnings or anything, it wont show up in game. any ideas?

It appears that I accidentally added an environment map to the bogies which isn't supported in TS2009, even though they where beta tested no one reported it to me, you could try installing SP4 as that may have the environment map support.
