The only good ones I know are payware by Iliosin and come with the Tornado set for Trainz+ standard or gold

What you are looking for is exactly provided for in the Tornado pack which includes the carmine and cream railtour Mk1 set. But you do need to subscribe to Trainz Plus or Gold in order to access it.

Ed's BR Crimson & Cream Maunsell coaches are not BR Mk1 coaches.

And Camscott's ex-GCR 'Barnum' coaches aren't BR Mk1 coaches either despite being in Crimson & Cream livery.

If you aren't a Trainz +Plus or Gold subscriber with your install fully patched to the latest version your only choice is the Settle and Carlisle Mk1 coaches by Mike10.

Thank you everyone for making a contribution to this post! I appreciate the influx of suggestions I have gotten here. I have ultimately decided to go with the settle and carlsie Coaches as they seem to look the closest to what I am looking for, but once again thank you to everyone else who made a contribution! I will say, to those who said I should get the official Trainz Tornado pack, I can't because if you bothered to look at the thingy that shows which versions of Trainz I have, you will see I do not have Trainz 22 and therefore I would not be able to use the Tornado pack Once again thank you to everyone who made a contribution!

I sympathise with your position. We have tried to make the case to N3V that these coaches should be available as DLC to all those with TRS19 and 22 who are willing to pay and not just Trainz Plus or Gold subscribers but, hey ho, we seem to be trapped into a SaaS model for the future of Trainz (we never get to 'own' anything, we just rent it!)
