Looking for a bridge like...

Im looking for a bridge similar to 'bridge multi-use' by makaron1970 (kuid:353138:1293) but which can be used at an angle. The one mentioned is capable of taking a 4 lane road (like our UK dual carriageways), but when I place it above the track the center pier cuts diagonally across the track. Im spanning 3 tracks so ideally prefer it without the center pier. Any suggestions?

If it's any help, my recent bridges on the DLS can be used at any angle and the intermediate supports are separate scenic items, not included in the spline (see 'Three Bridges' in Freeware forum.) They are intended as part of my City Streets series, which they match, but might be of use elsewhere. The widest is 18 metres, including footpaths.

Thanks Ray. The 18m bridge is a perfect fit for the UK dual carriageway Im using. Many thanks

That's a stroke of luck! I'm now doing a series of rail bridges - ie. without the footpaths - but the maximum overall width will be 15.5 metres for quad track to UK standards; others will be correct for single, double and triple track. However, if the footpaths on my 18m bridge are in the way for your purposes, just let me know - I can easily delete them.

Hi Ray.
Im using 'Road 4 Lane' by neuman706 (kuid:47583:37120). Its not the only 4 lane and probably not the most suitable for my needs but size was right. Anyway it does cover over the pathways. I would add a picture of the bridge concerned but the only source for it I can find is google earth.
Ive just measured it on there and its actually a lot wider than I thought (30.28m). The gap between the carriage ways and to the side of them is wider than I expected, so Ive just established for myself that I need to look at this again in the future, but as the road Im currently using sits on your 18m bridge without a problem Im ok with that for now. I can always get around to figuring out how to make a spline at some point in the near future.
Thanks again
Antony
