London Subway Simulator

I am very tempted by the London Subway Simulator (or whatever it's called)advertised in the Trainz Newsletter today. Where can I find out more about it? ie is there a Surveyor-like editor for it?

Apparently it uses a new engine, is this a possible sign that Trainz will get a new engine in the forseeable future?
