Locomotives With Red Flashers (Remote Controlled): Where & How Do I Get 'Em?

I downloaded a CN unit that had red flashers to indicate they are remote controlled units that operated by belt pack. Where and how do I get them? Are there red flashers I can download from the DLS and if so, how do I add them to the locos. Any advice, whether basic or detailed is welcome.
