Locomotive and rolling stock abbreviations.

Good evening all.

I have seen different abbreviations for European and US locomotives and rolling stock (like WLABmee, Rils, Ciws I think) Could anyone be so kind and explain a Russian what those letters mean. And if there is a list of them all.

(PS I think WLAB is a sleeping wagon with two classes. Wagon** Letti? A+B?)
