Locked out- C40-8 engine and its open for edit

Re-Re downloaded JR-Engine Specs
Of 23 engine specs its the only one locked
and open for edit.

Try deleting that engine spec and then restart trainz by right clicking and using run as administrator. This may be a permissions issue for the file for some reason.

When Downloaded from JR site and over writes a good engine spec its becomes locked.
When I deleted the engine spec as suggested and just to be sure all backups. I noticed that it was on the DLS
so I Downloaded from DLS and it installed and commits OK.

Go figure....all ok now.
