Locating Trainz plus installer download page

I have spent the last 20 minutes looking for download page for the installer to find out if there's an offline option. This is because the online installer keeps glitching. I keep receiving this message at around the 20-25% mark. "Failed to download installation data". It doesn't tell me anything that may be amiss. Unfortunately, I can't recall where I downloaded the installer from days ago, and there is nothing online that is of any help.

Have I just generously donated over $120 AUD for nothing in return?

How much room is on your C drive? The data needs quite a lot of space, plus an amount for temporary storage while installing.
