LMS Potteries Loop Line. What is it?

I had this kuid show up in CMv3.7 yesterday:
kuid:447264:2

It appears to be by Auran and is showing the $ sign.

Is this something "Coming soon™" from N3V as payware ?

I suspect it was not meant to be there at all but I see it to as do a number of other folk.

This route locking thing that has been mentioned looks likely to cause problems and earache in the future for N3V. If the route is locked from editing then play valve will be possibly lacking.

Just my thoughts at this moment in time...Hopefully we can still edit routes on payware DLC?
