L&N 152 - Anyone Interested?

Hello fellow members.
Lately I've been working on a reskin of Ben Neal's S&A #750, into a Louisville and Nashville #152 look. I've had a few people ask for a release but I didn't really want to unless I knew that more than a couple people would enjoy it. Here are some pics of the engine:

Please ignore any bugs in the photo's as these are a few days old and I have already fixed those.
*Also to note, the front number board and headlight are photographic-reskins.
I have also made a video of the engine while using it here. (Please ignore the bug in the video as well, because the video is a week old).
If anyone here would like to see a release of this engine, please comment. Also, if anyone has any suggestions for improvement, please comment as well.

Thank you.

Looks, and sounds, nice Levi. Good work!! I bet anyone in this forum would be interested in getting this engine.

Just a thought, you could use the trailing truck from his N&W 4-4-2 to better match the real 152. You will have to alpha out two frame pieces to get it to look right. I did the same thing for my WM K-1 skins on TrainzForge.

I tried using leeferr's 152 trailing bogey on it just last night, but the attachment for the default trailing bogey on this engine is so far frontwards that the bogey appeared flesh with the rear driver . I'm no content creator, (just reskinning this was hard for me), so what do you mean by "alpha out two frame pieces"?
**This is what it looks like when you add the N&W 4-4-2 bogey to the engine:

You will need to use alpha textures to get rid of the frame pieces that stick out in front of the trailing truck. Basically, you want the textures to be 32 bit .tga files with white everywhere except for where those frame parts are mapped, which should be black. This will make them invisible. Then you would add "Alpha=*texturename*.tga", without the quotes and with the part inside the ** replaced with your texture name.

Someone more knowledgeable then myself should be able to answer this better, but IIRC, can't you edit the XYZ locations for Bogies in the Scripting? Because yea, I could say having that Trailing Truck with that Wheel (Sans the Outside Frame of course, since 152 doesn't have those) would really make that model stand out and make it unique.

Regardless of what happens, I do hope you release it at some point.

Thanks,
Falcus

Courtesy of Adam, I've now reworked it to look closer to 152:

What I'm going to do now is try painting the outside edge of the trailing bogey so that it's white just like the rest, and do some private messaging. :hehe:
Thanks everyone!

Not scripting but you can use the position tag in the bogies config and shift the bogie in XY and Z see the Floating Bogies Thread
http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?67756-Floating-Bogies&highlight=Floating bogies

Works on all sorts of things actually. Still has not appeared in the wiki, not sure if thats a good or a bad sign........

Alternatively you could use pev's attachment maker and add another attachment in the right place.

It does now. I painted the trailing bogey white around the edges, but it's a little off center because when the train is moving you can see it move too noticeably. So I'm going to try to move the white here and there and get it better centered. After that, all I need to do is get permission from the author of the whistle recordings to release the whistle I made with the engine. Thanks to everyone who has commented! It is appreciated!

Very awesome sir.

Glad this has worked out the way it has. Again, once its up (Assuming things continue to proceed as they have been), and your original query was to gauge interest, count me in to DL it.
