KUID input/DLS

Hello This question probably has been asked before so please bear with me.
Sometimes it becomes necessary to list KUID numbers to find a asset which is listed as" missing dependencies". This is where I am having trouble listing a KUID. I start with "Asset KUID on the DLS then input a number, but nothing happens. What is the proper procedure to get the KUID numbers to work?

I have TRS2006 with SP1. Thank you and have a good day.

Try the following format in the search box, and don't forget to select the "KUID" button.

12345:123456

Yes. As weevil says. Also don,t forget to check all boxs lower than your version no. It could be an old asset and not showing up.

And if you have multiple kuids and know the exact ones you're looking for, you can string a number of them together (leave a space between each kuid), eg.

Richard you are using TRS2006 right ? where you put in asset kuid# put in the hold number <kuid:xxxxxx:xxxxxx:x> it should bring up the asset you are looking for.
