The first two are by slave-driver I think. You may want to ask him. The latter is by Lotherhake, which is on the DLS.

The original by Lotharhake is on the DLS. His update is not. Lotharhake tends to do this thing where he posts assets on the DLS, but then updates them and shares them exclusively on third-party websites.

I'll go check TPR...

EDIT: It's not there. Where does he put this stuff...?

I downloaded the: Laubbaum with Sound Birds,<kuid:68787:22420>

I hint on placing sound assets: Place them directly on track spline point circles, or directly on other assets, so you can easily locate them, if you ever get tired of hearing them, and want to delete them.

I'm not trying to add it to a route; I'm trying to download a missing dependency for a route. Only the second revision release will work with this route, which is unfortunate because that specific KUID is not on the DLS.
