KUID download problem

Hello all,
I've just downloaded some great content, but it doesn't download the needed KUID's. When I go to download the KUID in the CM, it crashes the program. I would download them in the DLS, but my FCT has expired and the one I purchased has been rejected. Is there a fix for the problem in the CM?

You don't need a FCT to download direct from the DLS.

If you purchased a FCT and it isn't working then you should contact the help desk and get it fixed.

A crash in CM when downloading an asset can indicate that the asset is corrupted. But without the details of the asset and the report from the crash, that's just speculation.
