Keys in Planet Auran

Hello
I want to create a new profile in the Planet Auran, but at the same time I registered the keys on trainz 2004, 2009 and 2010.
Can I somehow remove them to easily add a new profile then?
Apologies if topic has created is not there and if there are errors, I live in Russia and do not know much English.

Trainz serial keys are non-transferrable, however, it's been said that the helpdesk will allow a one-time profile name change, which would essentially do what you want (assuming you've never asked for it to be changed before)

I wanted to do the same thing and had no problems. Even upgraded my version of Trainz since and still no problems. See this thread....
