Now how do you do that, you say? Well here's how:
1. Whenever you go to save a route, select 'delete missing assets', select 'yes', then save it. This is what you need to do if you are going to upload this route onto the Download Station, and when you go to the Content Manager, this route will show no missing dependences, unlike if you didn't delete the missing assets. Any time you don't do this the route will show that there are some missing dependences, regardless of if it's an autosave or you save it. Delete the versions of the route that have the missing dependences.
2. If you don't need a piece of content, delete it OR save the content as a .cdp file and delete it from the content manager.
Doing this will make the occasional Quick Database Repair when the game starts up finish quicker.
