Just got a Fast Ticket... Help!

I got a fast ticket.. and I'm having problems downloading things..

Everytime I Download something it appears red on my screen.. my ticket is activiated because it says under "settings" 179 days left..

I'm using Trainz 2010
 
...unless you use compatibility mode, then it should work OK.

I assume that you mean that it's written in red in the surveyor listing?

What Fran1 and Paul are saying is that it is the asset you are downloading, and not the fast ticket, that is faulty - just in case this was not clear.
 
I think what Inn means is that in CMP the asset is red and wont download. I have no idea why it dose that. But what I have found is if you hit clear, and then hit download again it might work. If not try again. Its one of those rinse, lather, repeat things.
 
I just had the same problem the other day with my first First Class Ticket. To solve my problem I cleared the download list, then exited the content manager and waited a few minutes for TADDaemon to close completely -- it takes a few minutes so be patient.

I restarted Trainz/Content Manager and everything worked as advertised -- fast downloads and all.

Good luck and let us know whether or not you have resolved the problem (and if so, how).
 
When you purchased your FCT, did you remember to change your password and clear out your download helper list if you are using Content Manager?
 
It doesn't have anything to do with the FCT. The database gets out of sync sometimes so there are items that should download, but don't. You'll also see this if you look at the "Black" pages on the old web DLS. You'll see something you like, but when you click on it, it shows up in the dowload queue with a :? next to it, and nothing happens.

Click on an older item, and I'm sure it will download fine. Wait a day or two, and these items will be ready for download.
