Good day All; I ordered 2 boxed sets of TS12 on the 23rd of Sept. The order is still being processed. I'm not in a rush, just wondering if this is normal with the new store and all. I don't want to hit the reorder button if it's not needed. My first boxed set arrived in ten days. Not bad at all!

Hi Rick,

This is probably correct. They ship from Australia and that can take some time.
If you have any concerns, submit a ticket to the helpdesk. Beware they are a bit behind with answering tickets so you might receive your box before the ticket is answered.

Thanks John; Boy, I'm glad I ordered 2 more. One is for the father in law. I have a feeling the other might be going to the wife. She's a tattoo artist and very good with all things to do with any kind of art. She, like myself, just loves the scenery. Man, anyone else who sees it and falls in love with it, is just going to have to get their own copy!

I've sold a few copies of the program myself after some coworkers saw the screen captures on the forums.
The scenery is great particularly when you've created it yourself. I've done a piece of Haverhill where I live. My dad saw it and started pointing out landmarks he recognized. I felt really good after that.
