jumpy motion

there is part of my route that when driving threw, the motion becomes very jumpy. If I turn my angle of viewing around so I am looking backward at the engine the jumpyness goes away. Also while in surveyor, in the section of the layout when adding objects there is a long delay when I click to add the abject. Also the revolving circle on the section of track in that section of the layout don't revolve smoothly, the have that jumpyness.. any suggestions on how to fix this?

Seems like you have an area with a lot of poly's. You probably have a lot of assets in that area and/or assets with a lot of detail. Or just assets with poor design and a lot of poly's as a result (like most sketchup imports).

You could do a few things:
Figure out which assets cause the trouble and replace them by less detailed and/or beter designed assets.
Lower the graphic settings on your PC (like the draw distance).
Invest in heavier hardware (the last choice in my opinion).

Hope this helps.

It's a certain type of tree used in some Trainz routes (and other games as well) - usually can be seen moving in the wind and things like that.
