I believe the new GP38-2s have that cab, and possibly the BN GP50.

The Southern and Norfolk Southern high hood models should have this cab. That is the GP39X, GP40X, GP49, GP50.

How big is the digital download, do I get to install and play off-line without ever connecting?

So......., if I buy the digital download I get a $20 voucher to buy the NS GP50 with

Its about 9GB to download if i remember overall total file size. TS12 should let you work offline although it is suggested either way to be connected since it will require that for Download Station usage as it will check against your account once the Serial # is registered.
