JR Content Illegally Distributed

This website is illegally selling jointed rail content. The SD40-2 mesh is the same as JR's and is twice the price. Not to mention the C30-7 as freeware, however I can see under EXTREME circumstances that happening. I also believe that JR's Dash 9's are being sold as well. Anyone else see what I See?

I also think he is selling the SD18 from Subpar Productions. Of course this could all be a coincidence, but I am not too sure. Lets see what the JR guys say about this...
EDIT: The links for the dependencies say JR, and the meshes also are linked to JR. I smell stolen content.

Probably should delete that link and PM it to the appropriate parties. Now I don't speak Portugese, but between my Spanish and google translate those things flat out say that they are Jointed Rail models and tell the user to go create an account with JR and get the custom cabs from them. The feature list is also identical to the Dash 9s. Not to mention the AC44i is export version of the AC4400CW whereas these models are the JR Dash 9s with Brazilian trucks.

There's no need to link it. You've just made it easier for people to find that site now since it's on the official N3V forums now. Anyone that is familiar with JR probably would realize off the bat those models are not legit if they even found that site to begin with. It's like instead of calling the police about someone selling stolen VCRs out of their trunk you just shout "Hey everyone this guy is selling stolen VCRs over here, but don't buy anything from him ok?" Its probably a violation of the forum rules anyways.

It seems Brazilian attitudes towards IP rights are not exactly in sync with the US and Western Europe. They don't think they are even doing anything illegal or wrong. The philosophy seems to be as long as you credit the original author then you can do whatever you want with it.
