The kuid you posted is the Train FX library and the bogies are packed within the CDP file you download when you purchased the items.

i did not get the bogeys when i downloaded them
and i will get the fx library

Try reinstalling the locomotive CDPs. The trucks are supposed to be in there. There were for me.

Like this guy said....they are in the CDP file when you purchase. Make sure you let it do its job when your installing and not skip anything.
