Hi All it would seem that jointed rail like to make
buying there stuff some what hard
I have just bought the Juce pack and it tells me that it has my order
and my order has been compled but I can not find the link to down load it
please help

How many hours does it take for a major credit card order to go through ?

Perhaps my order did not go through ?

My order history shows empty, as does my E-Mail, has no confirmation.

Should I just re-submit my order for another TS12 boxed disc version 19.99 +$8 S&H ... total $27.99 including S&H ?

Yes please attempt another order. I see no order placed at all for you or any one else purchasing software in the last two days .

If you didn't receive an email about your initial order, then that's an indication it was never placed.

There should never be any delay on orders...
