I had a little problem with a purchase that I made. Because someone had used my e-maill address and was sending out so much spam that MSN.Com
Cancelled my e-mail address. So I had to sign up for a new one which is what I use now. Anyway I had made a purchase from JR. on a Friday evening and did not get any reply and I just figured it was the weekend so I contacted them Monday evening to check on my order. I received a reply about 20 minutes later saying the order was processed at the time of purchase but Kevin noticed the e-mail address was different than the one on my e-mail message. My old address was on file so we changed that to the correct one and now everything is working just fine.
Just wanted to give a pat on the back for great customer service.
