Jointed Rail payware Top shelf business!

I had a little problem with a purchase that I made. Because someone had used my e-maill address and was sending out so much spam that MSN.Com
Cancelled my e-mail address. So I had to sign up for a new one which is what I use now. Anyway I had made a purchase from JR. on a Friday evening and did not get any reply and I just figured it was the weekend so I contacted them Monday evening to check on my order. I received a reply about 20 minutes later saying the order was processed at the time of purchase but Kevin noticed the e-mail address was different than the one on my e-mail message. My old address was on file so we changed that to the correct one and now everything is working just fine.:)

Just wanted to give a pat on the back for great customer service.

I've purchased quite a few items from them without any problems and will do so again when I have some extra cash!

I must say that JointedRail is indeed
Does JointedRail still do the old payware thing?
Because I have a real old account from the Good 'Ol Days
And I would like to re claim it

I love Jointed Rail. They have great content and fantastic customer service. I am proud to have purchased their entire current CSX content -- among other items. The locos have lots of features like ditch lights, cab lights, night lighting, etc. --well worth the cost. Great investment; very cool content!
