Hey Richard!
The membership should be available now to purchase. It will be under community and then Club Car on the menu at the top. You will need to be logged into the site to see this. We have added a few new features which are listed on the Club Car page.
The discount has risen from 20% off all year to 25% off all year. There are also going to be larger sales as well as a few other goodies too. Each month there will also be a free item available to club car members. It may be a scenery item, locomotive, rolling stock, or who knows! There will be something each month however available to CC members. I think the part most people get the most benefit from is the 25% off all year, plus you guys also get a higher % off during sales as well. On top of that any new models are normally released to CC members first before they go on sale to the public. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
