JNR steam loco's - Tenders

Where are the tenders for these steam loco's please guys . I have all four but no tenders and can't seem to pick them up.

They all appear to be in the CM, eight tenders in fact

I suggest that you select by author = keimei and then sort by name all the tenders are right by the eight locomotives.
