J70 Steam Tram- build number below 2.7...

Ages ago I tried to download a G.E.R. Steam Tram from the DLS. Apparently though the build number is below 2.7 so I can't use it. Does anyone know how to update the build number or does anyone know of another Steam Tram (LNER J70/GER C53 classes) available to download for free?
