Dave, I have the same/similar case now with some content and I have sent in a HelpDesk ticket as well. I knew there was content there and roughly when it had been uploaded but so far will not show in 2010 CM3.2. It certainly is on the DLS though and I was able to get it from there via FTP.
The content was uploaded on Friday/Saturday (Aussie time) and this was when the DLS was down. For me (Aussie time again) it seems the DLS Content Manager updates are done in the mid-afternoon. I suspect with these items that as the DLS was down then the automatic updating did not occur and when it did it missed those items approved in between the 2 updates. From that I am guessing that the automatic updating may look at content for the last 24 hours or so. If this is the case then it has missed these items.
After my ticket yesterday morning I was asked to provide a list of items (which I did) and while doing this I noticed that CM3.2 had been updated, more so then I have seen it before. This suggested to me they where looking at it then and had done a manual update. I was also asked to do a Database Repair which I did and that did not help.
In my ticket I asked if a way could be found to over come this problem that may have been caused by the crash. For example the automatic update looks at content since the last recorded (actual) update, or it goes back and looks for new content over the last 48-72 hours or something like this.
I am not sure if this is what happened with this content however to me it seems most likely.
Hopefully they find a way to over come this.
Craig

P.S. my missing content was not just from one creator but a couple.
